The Izmir throw is made of 80% recycled cotton and 20% polyester — a dual-material composition that combines the natural softness of cotton with the dimensional stability of polyester. Recycled cotton, produced by recovering textile waste, retains all the qualities of virgin cotton — breathability, soft feel, resistance — for a significantly reduced environmental impact. The cross-herringbone jacquard weave integrates the pattern directly into the fabric's structure, ensuring perfect pattern retention and colorfastness over time.

Wash the Izmir throw in the machine at 30°C, on a delicate cycle, turning the fabric inside out to protect the patterns and fringes. Flat air drying is recommended to preserve the shape and prevent shrinkage of the cotton fibers. Do not spin at high speed. Fringes can be gently untangled by hand after washing. Low-temperature steam ironing on the reverse side will restore the fabric's drape. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct light to maintain the depth of the navy hue.
