What professional discounts does Fenalor offer?
The professional account is free, with no commitment and no minimum order. The discount is 10% from your first order, whatever its value. Beyond that, it is set on the quote, according to the size of the order and the brands concerned. A year-end discount rewards annual volume: it is confirmed when the account is opened and paid as credit on your next order.

Can resellers buy from Fenalor?
No. The programme is reserved for professionals who install the products in their own premises or in their clients' projects. Requests for retail resale are not eligible: our partner brands define their own distribution networks.
What are the payment terms for professionals?
Payment is made when the order is placed, by payment link or bank transfer. A thirty-day term may be granted to established customers; it is then stated on the quote.
How are delivery costs calculated on a professional order?
Delivery costs are priced on the quote, before your order. They depend on the brands concerned: each brand ships its own products, so an order covering several brands travels in several shipments. We calculate them order by order rather than applying a weight-based table, which would overcharge most professional orders.
Can a professional order be returned?
Returns for convenience are not accepted between professionals. Only faulty or non-conforming products may be returned, after written agreement from Fenalor.
Does Fenalor deliver throughout Europe?
Yes, throughout Europe. Products are shipped directly by the partner brand, which avoids a transit stage. The lead time therefore depends on the brand and on availability, and the shipping date is confirmed on the quote before the order, rather than announced as a standard lead time.
