What are your delivery times?
Our orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Then allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery throughout Europe, and 3 to 7 days for France.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. If you can't find it, please write to us at contact@fenalor.com with your order number.
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 30 days after receipt to request a return, beyond the 14-day withdrawal period provided by law. The item must be unused and in its original condition. In case of an error or a defective item, the return shipping is at our expense.
Do you offer professional rates?
Yes. The professional account is free, with no commitment and no minimum order, and includes a 10% discount from your first order. Beyond that, the discount is set in the quote, depending on volume. It is intended for interior architects, decorators, hoteliers and design professionals. Mention it in your email or visit our dedicated page.
