01Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Fenalor OÜ, a company incorporated under Estonian law with registry code (registrikood) 17547168, whose registered office is at Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia. For any question about your data, write to us at contact@fenalor.com.

02The data we collect

We only collect the data needed for our relationship with you:

  • Identity and contact details : surname, first name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number.
  • Order : products ordered, amounts, purchase history.
  • Payment : the information needed for payment is processed by our payment providers; we never keep your full banking details.
  • Browsing : pages viewed, IP address, device type, through cookies and trackers (see section 7).
  • Exchanges : messages sent to our customer service, any reviews.

03Why we use it

Each processing operation relies on a specific legal basis:

  • Processing your orders, delivering them and providing customer service: performance of the contract.
  • Meeting our legal obligations including accounting: legal obligation.
  • Securing the site, preventing fraud and improving our services: legitimate interest.
  • Inviting you, after an order, to give your opinion on your experience: legitimate interest. You can object to this at any time, by writing to us or through the link in the invitation.
  • Sending you our news and measuring our marketing, placing non-essential cookies: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

04How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as necessary. Data related to your orders is kept for the duration of our relationship, then archived for the time required by our legal obligations, particularly accounting. Data related to marketing is kept until you withdraw your consent or after a period of inactivity. Cookies have a limited lifespan, specified in our Cookie policy.

05Who has access to your data

Your data is processed by our teams and by service providers acting on our behalf, strictly within the scope of their assignment:

  • our store and payment platform (hosting, order processing);
  • our carriers, for delivery;
  • our email sending tool;
  • our customer review platform, which sends you the invitation to rate your order and publishes your review if you choose to leave one;
  • our audience measurement and advertising partners;
  • our accounting provider.

We never sell your data and do not share it for purposes unrelated to you.

06Transfers outside the European Union

Some of our technical providers may process data outside the European Union. When this is the case, these transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, to ensure an equivalent level of protection for your data.

07Cookies

We use cookies to run the site, measure its audience and, with your consent, personalise our content and advertising. No non-essential cookie is placed without your consent, which you can give, refuse or change at any time. Details are in our Cookie policy.

08Your rights

In accordance with the regulations, you have the following rights over your data at any time: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, portability, and withdrawal of your consent. You can also set instructions for what happens to your data after your death.

To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@fenalor.com. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence, or with the Estonian authority responsible for Fenalor OÜ (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).

09Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure, including encryption of exchanges on the site.
