Thirty days to change your mind, beyond the fourteen-day withdrawal period provided by law.

How to request a return

The simplest way: from your customer account. Open your order details and submit your return or withdrawal request in a few clicks, with no code. You receive an acknowledgement of receipt, followed by our instructions for sending the item back.

Conditions

During the 14-day legal withdrawal period, you may have unpacked and examined the item as you would in a shop; any use beyond that may be deducted from the refund. From day 15 to day 30, it must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, complete with its accessories and with its labels intact.

Return costs

If we have made an error or the item is defective, the return and the replacement are entirely at our expense. For a return made for convenience, we provide you with a prepaid label, the cost of which is deducted from your refund.

Refund

As soon as we have received and checked the returned item, we refund you to your original payment method, within fourteen days at the latest.
