The Santos cushion is made entirely from 100% recycled cotton — a fiber produced by recovering textile scraps and waste, transformed into new raw material without loss of quality. Recycled cotton retains all the qualities of virgin cotton — natural breathability, softness to the touch, colorfastness — while significantly reducing water and energy consumption related to production. The chunky knit foam fabric gives the cushion a generous volume and durable dimensional stability.

Wash the Santos cushion in the machine at 30°C, on a delicate cycle, to preserve the integrity of the knit and the depth of the ochre shade. Flat drying in the open air is recommended – avoid tumble drying, which could cause the cotton fibers to shrink. Do not wring at high speed. A light defuzzing with a pumice stone or an anti-lint brush helps maintain the surface neatness of the knit over time. Do not iron the knitted side – light steaming from a distance is enough to relax the fibers after washing.
