The light grey brushed MDF — with its parallel vertical lines creating an effect similar to bleached wood or polished concrete — produces a matte texture that is both mineral and organic, which changes according to the lighting angle: cooler and more graphic under direct light, softer and more velvety under ambient lighting. The choice to display only four white, slightly raised Arabic numerals at the 12, 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions — in a curved, readable typeface — is part of a maximum reduction philosophy: everything superfluous is eliminated, everything that remains is essential. The white hands blend into the overall shade of the dial for a nearly monochrome look of great sophistication.

Le cadran de l'horloge Ravenna est fabriqué en MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard) — panneau de fibres de bois à densité moyenne, réputé pour sa stabilité dimensionnelle et sa surface parfaitement plane qui se prête idéalement aux finitions brossées et peintes. La surface est traitée par brossage mécanique qui creuse légèrement les fibres dans le sens vertical, créant les stries caractéristiques visibles à la lumière rasante. La finition est ensuite appliquée en teinte gris clair mat qui révèle la texture sans la saturer. Les chiffres arabes blancs sont moulés en relief sur le cadran. Le mécanisme est un mouvement quartz silent sweep intégré au dos du panneau MDF. Les aiguilles en métal laqué blanc sont montées directement sur l'axe du mécanisme.
