L'Abano joue la carte du naturel assumé et du minimalisme chaleureux. Sa lame en bois de peuplier — essence légère à la teinte crème dorée et au grain fin et régulier — présente de légères nuances de coloration d'un exemplaire à l'autre, signe de la matière vivante. Les 5 crochets ronds, tournés dans un bois légèrement plus foncé, créent un contraste subtil qui anime la composition sans l'alourdir. Une patère qui s'accorde aussi bien avec une étagère en pin clair qu'avec une tablette en rotin ou un mur à la teinte stone.

Made from natural solid poplar wood, the Abano coat rack uses a material that is light, soft to the touch, and easily machinable, allowing for a particularly fine surface finish. The round hooks are turned separately and screwed into the slat — a simple and solid construction, just like the object itself. The untreated natural finish allows the wood to breathe and age gracefully, developing a warm patina over time. Each piece exhibits slight variations in grain and shade, characteristic of natural wood.
