Solid teak — one of the most noble and resistant woods in the world, naturally rich in oils that give it exceptional resistance to humidity and temperature variations. The root used as a base is the densest and most expressive part of the tree — its tormented silhouette, its cavities and knots are entirely preserved and highlighted. The top is cut from the adjacent trunk and hand-sanded to obtain a soft-touch surface. Each piece is unique — color, shape, and texture naturally vary from one piece to another.

Untreated solid teak naturally develops a silvery patina over time and exposure to light — a normal and aesthetically valued phenomenon that attests to the material's authenticity. To preserve its natural golden hue longer, teak oil can be applied 1 to 2 times a year. Daily cleaning: dry or slightly damp cloth — avoid chemicals and harsh detergents. Avoid prolonged direct exposure to moisture indoors. Small cracks and wood movements are inherent to the living material and do not constitute a defect.
