Made from moulded cast cement, this vase-cup has a weight and solidity that give it an immediate physical presence on any surface. The brown and beige marbling is achieved by introducing mineral pigments into the fresh cement mixture before casting and setting; the pigments diffuse randomly, creating unique organic veins and flows. The fluted surface is precisely moulded to reveal each rib with sharpness. The grainy matte finish is characteristic of natural untreated cement. Each piece is irreducibly unique in its exact marbling pattern.

What you need to know to care for it:

Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Untreated cement is slightly porous and can absorb colored liquids if left in contact for too long. Avoid acidic products, vinegar, and abrasive cleaners, as these can alter the surface.
