The Newtown table is made of fiberclay, a composite material based on clay, natural fibers, and cement. This artisanal process allows for complex and organic shapes that would be impossible to achieve with natural stone, while maintaining an authentic textured lookreminiscent of granular stone or sandstone. Each piece exhibits slight variations in color and grain, characteristic of this manufacturing method, a guarantee of uniquenessand artisanal character. The surface is treated in a natural matte white, unvarnished, to preserve the authenticity of the material.

Fiberclay is a material that is shock-resistant and stable over time, and does not deform with use. To maintain the Newtown table, wipe the surface with a slightly damp cloththen dry immediately. Avoid immersion and aggressive detergents, which would alter the natural surface texture. In case of stains, a soft, slightly soapy clothis sufficient. The table is designed for indoor use only. Protect the tabletop when placing heavy objects to respect the maximum load of 5 kg. No specific periodic maintenance is required.
