Comment éclairer correctement une pièce ?
Superposez trois lumières plutôt qu'un seul plafonnier : une lumière générale, une lumière d'ambiance plus douce, et un éclairage ciblé pour lire ou cuisiner. Cette superposition évite les zones plates et permet de moduler l'atmosphère selon le moment de la journée.
Quelle température de lumière choisir ?
Pour les pièces de vie et la chambre, une lumière chaude, autour de 2700 kelvins, crée une ambiance reposante. Pour un plan de travail ou un bureau, une lumière plus neutre, vers 3500 à 4000 kelvins, favorise la concentration. On peut mélanger les deux dans une même pièce.
Quel luminaire pour quelle pièce ?
La suspension marque la table à manger et l'îlot, le plafonnier éclaire couloirs et pièces de passage, la lampe à poser et le lampadaire posent l'ambiance du salon, l'applique libère les chevets. On choisit d'abord la fonction, puis le style.
Faut-il une ampoule fournie avec le luminaire ?
Nos luminaires sont livrés avec leur douille et le culot est précisé sur chaque fiche, le plus souvent E27 ou GU10. L'ampoule n'est pas toujours incluse : cela vous laisse choisir la puissance et la température de lumière adaptées à la pièce.

Table and bedside lamps are the centerpieces of accent lighting. Enameled ceramic, turned wood, brushed brass, blown glass: bases made of noble materials for linen or cotton lampshades. Formats designed to fit equally well on an entryway console or a bedside table.
Floor lamps and standing lights
The floor lamp is the star piece of ambient lighting. Arc, tripod, straight column: varied silhouettes in matte black metal, gilded brass, or light wood to complement all interior styles, from the most minimalist to the warmest.
Pendant lights and wall sconcesPendant lights visually structure the space and focus light in the right place, above a dining table or reading area. Wall sconces, on the other hand, advantageously replace bedside lamps and create a welcome graphic asymmetry in hallways and bedrooms.
