Pour une table standard de 75 cm, visez une assise autour de 45 cm : vous gardez une trentaine de centimètres pour les jambes. Pour un bar ou un îlot de 90 à 110 cm, choisissez une chaise haute assortie.

Comptez environ 60 cm de largeur par personne. Une table de 120 cm accueille quatre convives, une table de 180 cm en accueille six. Prévoyez aussi de quoi reculer la chaise sans buter contre un mur.

Le bois et le rotin se nettoient d'un coup de chiffon et vieillissent bien. Le velours côtelé et le bouclé réchauffent la pièce mais demandent un tissu serré pour durer. Le cuir, lui, se patine avec le temps.

Oui, une grande partie de nos modèles est proposée en lot de deux, pratique pour habiller une table dans le même ton. Vous pouvez aussi marier deux finitions proches, à condition de garder une hauteur d'assise identique.

How to choose your dining chair?

Allow a width of about 45 to 50 cm per guest, and aim for a seat height close to 45 cm for a standard 75 cm table. For a reading nook, turn instead to our armchairs. For a complete dining room, match your chairs to a table and a pendant light in the same tones.
