Dumpling rattan pendant lampshade

Key measurements for each height, to find the right location:

• H 50 cm: 22 cm diameter, 0.65 kg
• H 65 cm: 29 cm diameter, 1.1 kg
• Shape: curved body extended by a fringe of bound strands, same proportions for both heights
• Package: 25 x 25 x 53 cm for the H 50 cm, 32 x 32 x 69 cm for the H 65 cm

What it is made of, and what you need to provide:

• Material: natural undyed rattan, hand-woven
• Openwork diamond weave, alternated with rows of straight strands
• Fringe of strands gathered and held by a rattan tie
• Stands upright on its own once placed, fringe facing upward
• Socket: standard E27, not included
• Handcrafted piece: surface and outline vary slightly from one item to another
• Indoor use only

Hung with the fringe facing down, it’s a lampshade; placed with the fringe facing up, it’s an ambient lamp or decorative object. This dual life means you can place it first and decide to hang it later, without changing anything about the piece. Its natural rattan complements light woods, earthy tones, and raw textiles, and the small size works well in multiples, in groups of two or three at different heights.

What you need to know for installation and maintenance:

• Lampshade only: socket to be provided, with a suspension cord or plug-in cord, light bulb not included
• Installation guide for over a table: 70 to 80 cm between the tabletop and the bottom of the lampshade
• Regular dusting: soft, dry cloth or brush
• When placed on a surface, lift it to clean around it without bumping the edge
• Keep away from moisture
• Indoor use only; outdoor use is not covered by the warranty
