Everything is left exposed: the hanging cord, the switch halfway up the wall, the bulb beneath its wooden sleeve. It is the Scandinavian vocabulary in its most direct version, where the wire becomes a drawn line on the light-colored wall. Next to a bed, the light wood warms up a white bedroom; above a desk, it stands out without weighing down a darker wooden panel.

Installation and Maintenance +

Step-by-step assembly:

  • Switch off the power at the main breaker before drilling
  • Two wall plugs and two screws for the metal bracket
  • The wooden cylinder then screws onto the bracket
  • All that remains is to plug it into a power outlet
  • For dry rooms only
