A clean-cut cube and an exposed bulb: the Ariz distills everything down to the essentials, and it is its material that gives it character, whether veined and warm or mineral and raw. Alone, it highlights an entryway or a passageway; in groups, aligned on the ceiling of a bedroom or hallway, they create a graphic line. It complements the wall lamp and table lamp from the same collection, in a Scandinavian, minimalist, or industrial interior.

What the assembly diagram shows, and what you need to know to maintain it:

• Switch off the power at the circuit breaker before installation
• Screw the mounting bracket to the ceiling using two screws and two wall plugs
• Connect the live, neutral, and earth wires to the terminal block
• Place the cube onto the bracket and secure it with its side screws
• Screw in an E27 light bulb, not included, then restore the power
• Maintenance: soft, dry cloth
• For indoor use only
