Charcoal standing planter in black terracotta and teak

Key measurements, depending on the chosen height:

• H 36 cm: width 28 cm, depth 28 cm, 3.12 kg
• H 68 cm: width 30 cm, depth 30 cm, 3.4 kg, with a low cross brace
• Height: measured from the top of the pot to the bottom of the feet
• Packed weight: 4 kg

Two raw materials, with no shine at all:

• Pot: matte black terracotta, unglazed, with a sandy surface
• Stand: debarked teak branches, four legs and a cross-brace under the pot
• Attachment: none, the pot is simply placed on the stand
• Appearance: each branch retains its natural cross-section and curves

The contrast between a very muted matte black and an almost blonde teak defines the whole piece: two raw materials, no shine, and a plant that becomes the only colorful element. Whether standing alone near a wooden door or grouped with other pots, the Charcoal highlights cacti, sansevierias, and trailing foliage against a backdrop of plastered walls or concrete.

To use it properly and keep it looking good for a long time:

• Uses: dried plants and flowers; the pot is not designed to hold water
• Saucer recommended: unglazed terracotta allows moisture to pass through
• Do not let water stagnate at the bottom of the frame
• Wipe away any fertilizer or acidic product drips immediately, as they cause permanent stains
• Teak: dry cloth, brush for the joints
• Check that the pot is properly centered after each move
• Indoor use
