Little Bay banana leaf lidded basket

Key measurements, depending on the chosen size:

• Small model: 27 cm in diameter, 40 cm high
• Large model: 58 cm in diameter, 52 cm high

What gives it its character, from base to lid:

• Body: banana leaf coiled in spirals
• Upper section: white cord with a black zigzag pattern running through it, over the banana leaf
• Lid: star motif, braided banana leaf handle
• Manufacturing: handmade, unique texture and shade for each basket
• Usage: indoor only

The white of the upper section brightens the natural fiber, and the zigzag gives it a bold graphic pattern. The Little Bay holds its own in a bright interior with plastered walls as well as in a warmer setting, at the foot of a staircase or near a large green plant.

To use it properly and keep it looking good for a long time:

• Uses: laundry, throws, cushions, toys, and household items
• Lid: contents remain out of sight
• Carry it rather than dragging it: the white part marks from friction
• Dusting: soft brush, dry
• Indoor use only
