Colonial natural brown rattan laundry basket 90 cm

Key measurements to find its place:

• Height: 90 cm
• Diameter: 50 cm
• Weight: 3.5 kg
• Shape: tall body, domed lid, braided base

What gives it its structure and character:

• Material: rattan
• Color: natural brown
• Hand-woven over a frame that holds its shape, even when filled
• Triangle patterns in darker rattan
• Domed lid topped with a handle knob
• Bound flat rattan band, followed by a darker woven base
• Variations in shade from one strand to another, a sign of handcraftsmanship

Its height gives it a real presence: next to a chest of drawers, in a bathroom corner, or near a bench, this basket serves as much as a piece of furniture as it does storage. Its geometric patterns and brown rattan complement terracotta jars, polished concrete, and warm-toned throws.

What you need to know for long-term use:

• Uses: laundry, towels, toys
• Suitable rooms: bedroom, bathroom, living room, nursery
• A cutout under the rim allows for easy handling
• Never put damp laundry inside: the fiber absorbs it and the smell will not go away
• Dust with a soft brush
• Indoor use only
