  • Diameter: 21 cm
  • Height: 32 cm
  • Weight: 650 g
  • Package: 24 x 24 x 33 cm
Materials and Manufacturing +

Its composition, from base to lid:

  • Materials: woven rattan and cowrie shells
  • Hand-woven, alternating tight and openwork bands
  • Three rows of cowrie shells threaded along the side, a fourth around the lid
  • Closure: removable lid with a woven button
  • Natural shades of rattan: each box is unique
Style and Decoration +

Tight-weave brown rattan with an openwork pattern, rimmed with white cowrie shells: this box adds a coastal touch without being overdone. Placed by a basin, on a dresser, or in the corner of a bedroom, it complements lime-washed walls and earthy tones just as well as it does light-filled interiors.

Use and Care +

What it stores, and how to keep it beautiful:

  • Uses: cotton balls, bath products, hair accessories, rolled towels, small toys
  • Rooms: bathroom, bedroom, living room, or entryway
  • Dust with a feather duster or dry brush
  • Avoid sponges and rough cloths, which can snag the cowrie shell threading
  • Indoor use
