White seashell and plant fiber Pompon Cone 75 cm

Key measurements for choosing where to hang it:

• Total hanging length: 75 cm
• Width: 7 cm
• Weight: 50 g
• Package: 75 x 4 x 4 cm

What it is made of, from the bead to the skirt:

• Materials: cone shells, wooden bead, plant fibers
• Five shells strung through their axis and nested, with no visible thread between them
• Shells of a slightly translucent white at the edges, with honey highlights at the core
• Skirt of plant fibers tied below the last shell, without a ferrule
• Twisted suspension cord included
• Handmade: shade and surface vary from one piece to another

A neat column of shells above a swaying vegetable fiber skirt: the contrast makes this tassel more graphic than the usual clusters of shells. Tied as a tieback on a light curtain, placed on the corner of a cushion, or hung from a cupboard handle, it adds a subtle seaside touch to both bedrooms and bohemian-style living rooms.

Where to hang it, and how to keep its plant fiber skirt in shape:

• Uses: curtain tieback, cushion corner, door or cupboard handle
• Upon receipt, hang it up and let the skirt fall back into shape for two days
• Untangle the strands with your fingertips, from top to bottom, never with a brush
• Do not store it compressed: the fibers would take on a permanent crease
• Indoor use
