12 W 4-cell modular LED module, black aluminum

Description

Without it, your four-cell Modular recessed spotlight remains off: this driver converts mains power for its LED module, then tucks away out of sight in the ceiling. In the standard version, it is operated by a regular light switch, with no dimmer required, and the module connects to it via its connector.

Dimensions HT180 single white LED driver for 12 W Modular module

The housing dimensions, to reserve its place in the ceiling:

Length: 9.2 cm
Height: 2.5 cm
Fits into the ceiling plenum or a junction box

Points to check before pairing it with your spotlight:

Compatibility: Modular 4-cell 12 W LED module, reference HM180 4L, mounted in a Modular H180 frame or housing
Powered module power: 12 W
Control: on/off, not compatible with a dimmer
Input: 230 V, 50 Hz
Output: connector cable to the module
Light source: LED module not included, sold separately
Housing: white, grey end caps

The driver works in the shadows: hidden above the ceiling, it lets the Modular's four cells draw their line of light on their own. Controlled by a wall switch, it is suitable for rooms where the light is turned on decisively, with a single gesture, such as a kitchen, an entryway, or a hallway.

What you need to know for installation:

Switch off the power before any intervention
Connect the driver to the mains, then plug the module into its connector
House it out of sight, in the ceiling plenum or a junction box
Installation by an electrician is recommended

Maxlight lights a room in two ways: decorative fittings (pendant, wall and ceiling lights) in gold or black metal, glass, travertine or brass, and a magnetic track system with adjustable spotlights, light bars and connected control via Zigbee or DALI. Many models have built-in LEDs; the others take a standard bulb.
