What gives it its shape and reflections:

• Material: glazed ceramic, handcrafted

• Interior: reactive glaze in ocher, cocoa, and grey circles, lighter towards the head
• Underside: dark, matte, and solid
• Shades and irregularities unique to each piece

A figurative bowl isn't matched, it's featured: placed alone on the edge of a tray or a cheese board, it catches the eye precisely because it breaks with the rest of the tableware. Its brown and amber tones go just as well with dark dinnerware as with light wood. It’s the kind of small piece that guests remember after a dinner.

What it holds, and how to care for it:

• For sauces, condiments, dried fruits, and small portions
• Hand wash in warm water
• In a basin or on a cloth: the thin handle can break if it hits a sink
• Pay extra attention to the enamel rims, where grease tends to stick
