Description
Between a coffee table and a pedestal table, the square Strut slides a rounded-corner glass top beneath a fluted concrete cover, offering two levels to stage your objects. The concrete is protected by a varnish that repels water and grease, and the impregnation bottle included with the table significantly limits their penetration.

Dimensions Strut square concrete coffee table natural gray
Dimensions and Capacity +

Key measurements to find its place in your living room:

  • Length: 85 cm
  • Width: 80 cm
  • Height: 45 cm
  • Weight: 58 kg
  • Tabletop: 10 mm thick tempered glass, square with one rounded corner
  • Two levels: the concrete top and the glass tabletop
Materials and Finishes +

Two materials, each with its own finish:

  • Base and top cover: natural grey fiber-reinforced concrete, fluted sides
  • Concrete finish: clear matte varnish, water and oil repellent
  • Tabletop: tempered glass tinted in the mass in dark grey
  • Glass edges: beveled and polished
  • Reversible glass tabletop
  • Handcrafted: bubbles and micro-cracks are inherent to concrete
  • Usage: indoor, or outdoor under shelter
  • Design: Bertrand Jayr
  • Anti-stain impregnation bottle included
Style and Decoration +

Sculptural and graphic, the square Strut takes its place in the center of a contemporary living room. Natural grey concrete and dark grey glass play on the contrast between matte and reflection, and its fluting dialogues with light wood, neutral tones, as well as an antique patterned rug. A few choice objects on its top are enough to showcase it.

Installation and Maintenance +

What you need to know for assembly and maintenance:

  • Delivered in components for assembly: concrete base and cover, tempered glass panels, hardware, a wrench, and an Allen key
  • Plan for one to two people, and work on a cardboard box or a sheet of polystyrene to avoid damaging the table
  • Stick the felt pads under the base, flip it over, then screw in the headless screws by hand with the Allen key, never with a power drill, and place the rubber washers
  • Place the glass panels, then tighten the nuts just enough so that both panels are level
  • Never lift the table by the glass: move it by pushing it by its concrete base
  • Do not sit or stand on the table
  • In case of a stain, clean quickly with a damp sponge and slightly soapy water
  • Never use abrasive products, solvents, acids, detergents, wire brushes, or high-pressure cleaners
  • Regularly treat the concrete with wax, protective oil, or a maintenance product for mineral materials
  • Outdoors: under cover, protected from rain and direct sunlight, and covered off-season

This piece is delivered to you free of charge: on its own, it reaches the 150 € threshold for free delivery.

Lyon Béton

Discover all Lyon Béton pieces

Lyon Béton turns concrete into a material for furniture: coffee tables, dining or bistro tables, stools, armchairs, bookcases, right down to small everyday objects. The concrete stays visible, in natural grey or black, sometimes paired with oak, with the bubbles and shades that come with a cast material.
