What this cover is made of:

• Material: fine, smooth, and supple linen
• Solid sage green linen, leaning towards khaki
• Short fringe on all four sides, hand-finished edges
• Fine fabric that allows a dark or patterned filling to show through
• Zipper hidden under the fringe
• Slight variations in tone and weave from one piece to another

This green is not an accent color but a background color, in the register of soft khakis: it harmonizes with wood, rattan, and natural linen without ever clashing, and it calms a room where a bold green would enliven it. It finds its place in a Scandinavian-style interior just as well as in a contemporary decor, on a raw wood armchair or mixed with cushions in neighboring shades. It is a choice of calm.

Where to place it and how to care for it:

• Place on a sofa, armchair, or bed
• Layer with other cushions
• Indoor use
• Remove rings before handling: a snagged fingernail can pull a thread
• Never pull the cover by a corner to adjust it on its cushion
