Place the Morley alone on a console table for soft accent lighting, or as a pair on two nightstands to dress up a bedroom. As pretty when off as it is when on, it adds a soft, textured touch to a light-toned interior.

To set it up and maintain it:

• Lampshade: to be fixed to the socket with its ring, as shown in the instructions
• E14 bulb not included, preferably warm-toned to highlight the bouclé fabric
• Plug into a standard outlet, for indoor use only
• Dust: soft, dry cloth
• Stains: soft cloth, well-wrung, dampened with lukewarm water (below 50°C) and a mild detergent
• Never use abrasive detergents or solvents, and only switch back on once the water has completely evaporated
• Non-replaceable cord: if damaged, the lamp must be discarded
