Okinawa features ash wood in solid shapes, a disc and two cylinders, where one might often expect openwork: the lines remain sharp and the grain defines the design. On a bedside table next to linen bedding, on a dark wood desk or a console, it adds a graphic and soft touch. The same round head is used for the wall lamp and floor lamp in the collection, to dress a room with a unified design.

What you need to know for turning it on and maintaining it:

• Place on a piece of furniture and plug into an outlet
• Adjustable head to direct light toward your reading or workspace
• Integrated LED: no light bulb needed
• Maintenance: dust the wood with a soft, dry cloth
• Indoor use only
