Shape: rectangular, for a two-cell module

What this frame includes, and what is required to power it:

Composition: frame only, without light source or driver
Required source: Modular two-cell HM180 2L LED module, 6 W, sold separately
Required power supply: 6 W HT180 driver, sold separately, connected to 230 V, 50 Hz mains
Dimming: possible with the dimmable version of the driver
Light once equipped: 3000 K, warm white
Material: white lacquered metal
Usage: indoor

Two dark cells bordered by a light trim, and nothing else on the ceiling: Modular belongs to the lighting that doesn't show itself. It highlights a work surface, a painting or a niche, and several aligned frames punctuate a hallway without multiplying visible light fixtures.

The steps in the manual, in order:

Switch off the power before any installation, maintenance, or repair
Cut the ceiling to 8.8 x 4.6 cm, with 5.5 cm of clearance above
Connect the driver to the mains, then plug the module into it using its connector
Slide the equipped frame into the cutout with the clips folded: they will press it against the ceiling
Flush-mount installation, only the rim remains visible

Maxlight lights a room in two ways: decorative fittings (pendant, wall and ceiling lights) in gold or black metal, glass, travertine or brass, and a magnetic track system with adjustable spotlights, light bars and connected control via Zigbee or DALI. Many models have built-in LEDs; the others take a standard bulb.
