Description

A clean white square on the ceiling, and in the center a dark reflector where the diode remains recessed: you see the light, not the source. The frame is sold separately, and you know exactly what to add: an LED module in warm white or neutral white, and a fixed or dimmable driver depending on the desired lighting.

Dimensions Spilio square recessed spotlight frame, white aluminum, 8.4 cm

Measurements to know before preparing the ceiling:

Ceiling cutout: 7.5 x 7.5 cm
Flange side: 8.4 cm
Frame thickness alone: 4.2 cm
Recess depth, module included: 9.1 cm
Shape: square, round opening for the module

What this frame includes, and what is required to light it:

Composition: frame only, without light source or driver
Required source: HM190 LED module, one per frame, sold separately
Light color: warm white 3000 K or neutral white 4000 K, depending on the module
Required power supply: HT190 driver, sold separately, connected to 230 V, 50 Hz mains
Dimming: possible with the dimmable version of the driver
Material: white lacquered aluminum
Installation: recessed, with visible flange
Usage: indoor

Once installed, the Spilio frame is nothing more than a thin, crisp white square surrounding a dark reflector. On a light-colored ceiling, it remains unobtrusive, letting the light take center stage, whether above a workspace, along a hallway, or in a regular pattern throughout a living area.

The installation steps, in order:

Switch off the power before any installation, maintenance, or repair
Cut the ceiling to 7.5 x 7.5 cm
Slide the frame into the cutout, with the flange against the ceiling
Connect the driver to the mains, then plug the module into it using its connector
Slide the module into the frame
Switch the power back on

Maxlight lights a room in two ways: decorative fittings (pendant, wall and ceiling lights) in gold or black metal, glass, travertine or brass, and a magnetic track system with adjustable spotlights, light bars and connected control via Zigbee or DALI. Many models have built-in LEDs; the others take a standard bulb.
