Description
A tall, hand-woven rattan stand that holds long umbrellas and canes securely, where a low model would let them tip over. A saucer tucked into the bottom catches dripping water and protects the fiber. The entryway gains the warmth of a natural material, replacing the usual metal.

Dimensions Colonial brown natural rattan umbrella stand 67 cm
Dimensions and Packaging +

Key measurements to find its place in the entryway:

  • Height: 67 cm
  • Diameter: 24 cm
  • Capacity: three to four folding umbrellas, or two long ones
  • Shape: column with rounded shoulders, narrow neck
  • Weight: 1.2 kg
  • Package: 25 x 25 x 70 cm
Materials and Manufacturing +

What gives it its structure and character:

  • Material: rattan
  • Color: natural brown
  • Hand-woven tightly over an interior frame
  • Strands with mixed light and brown tones
  • Shade may vary slightly from piece to piece, a hallmark of artisanal craftsmanship
Style and Decoration +

In an entryway, this umbrella stand softens an object that is usually purely utilitarian. Its bottle silhouette and nuanced rattan complement plastered walls, light stone, and wooden doors. Off-season, filled with dried grasses, it doubles as a large woven vase.

Use and Care +

What you need to know to make it last:

  • Uses: long or folding umbrellas, walking sticks, or a tall vase for dried pampas grass
  • Essential: a saucer or tray at the bottom to collect water
  • Empty the water after every downpour: otherwise, the fiber will blacken and break within a winter
  • Dusting: soft cloth or soft brush
  • For indoor use only

This piece is delivered to you for 12,90 €, and delivery is free on orders from 150 €.
