A notched cylinder rather than a small piece of furniture. Seen from the back, the table is a solid, smooth volume; seen from the front, it opens into two niches. The three discs extend slightly beyond the wall, forming three rings along its height. It works as a pair on either side of a bed, and can also be used at the end of a sofa.

What to expect upon delivery, then for daily use.

• Doorstep delivery: the package is left at the entrance to your home without being brought inside or unpacked, and packaging is not taken back
• Routine maintenance: a dry cloth for daily care, and occasionally a slightly damp cloth
• Wipe up any spilled liquid immediately with a dry cloth
• Recommended relative humidity around the furniture: 40 to 60%
• Keep the furniture away from a radiator or air conditioning vent, and place a trivet under any hot objects
• A light scratch can be removed with fine 220-grit sandpaper, following the grain, followed by an application of hard wax oil
