Timor Man natural sandstone bas-relief on base 47 cm

Measurements and weight to check before choosing your location:

• Total height, base included: 47 cm
• Width: 20 cm
• Depth at base: 11 cm
• Weight: 11.7 kg
• Package: 60 x 40 x 20 cm

What it is composed of, from the plaque to the base:

• Material: solid stoneware plaque, hand-sculpted in bas-relief
• Crown: five points cut from the solid, without added elements
• Engraved motifs: smiling face with ringed eyes, sawtooth necklace, spirals on the bust
• Surface: raw, granular stone
• Base: black lacquered iron, two uprights on a rectangular base
• Production: handmade, texture and shape unique to each piece

Neither a mask nor a statue, this plaque acts like a painting that stands on its own. Placed on the floor against a wall, on a mantelpiece, or on a sideboard, it occupies the space of a framed piece of art without the need for drilling. Its engraved patterns and textured stone harmonize with wood, textiles, and minimalist interiors.

Where to place it and how to care for it:

• Uses: on a mantelpiece, a sideboard, or on the floor against a wall
• Ensure the furniture can support 11.7 kg, and avoid wall shelves
• Move with two hands by the base, never by the crown
• A side impact will break a spike cleanly, and stoneware cannot be repaired neatly
• Dust with a soft cloth, and use a brush between the spikes where the cloth catches
• Keep the stone dry, away from humidity
• Indoor use
