Wood You Be Mine cylindrical vase, smoked glass and wood

Measurements for each height, to find the right place for it:

• H 24 cm: 24.5 cm high, 11 cm in diameter, 1.2 kg
• H 29 cm: 29.5 cm high, 12 cm in diameter, 1.54 kg
• Sold individually
• Package for H 24 cm: 17 x 17 x 31 cm
• Package for H 29 cm: 17 x 17 x 37 cm

Two opposing materials brought together in a single object:

• Body: smoke-grey tinted recycled glass, one-piece
• Texture: irregular hammering over the entire surface of the glass
• Ring: dark veined wood, placed halfway up the outside of the glass
• Craftsmanship: hand-shaped, the grain and texture vary from one piece to another
• Watertightness: the continuous glass holds water, the wood remains dry

The cold and shifting glass, the matte and warm ring: it is the combination of the two materials that makes the piece. It finds an echo wherever wood is already present, on a table, a shelf, or a frame. Placed together on a console table, the two heights offset their rings and create a rhythm.

How to fill it and protect its wooden ring:

• Uses: long stems, branches, dried herbs, or empty as a decorative object
• Where to place it: coffee table or shelf for the 24 cm height, console, sideboard, or dining table for the 29 cm height
• Neither dishwasher-safe nor suitable for immersion, due to the wooden ring
• Pour water gently to prevent it from dripping onto the wood
• Dry cloth on the ring, bottle brush for the inside
• Keep the wood away from heat sources
• Indoor use
