Bar and Kitchen Stools

Bar stools complement open kitchens and central islands. A good height seat, clean lines, honest materials: leather, wood, metal, or woven rattan. Many are available in sets of two, to furnish a bar top in one go.

Entryway and Living Room Benches

The bench is the most versatile piece of furniture in the house: at the foot of the bed, in the entryway for putting on shoes, at the end of a table, or along a wall. Made of solid wood, upholstered bouclé, or metal, some models conceal a very practical storage chest.

Poufs and Footstools

Modular, poufs fit everywhere: an extra seat when entertaining, a footrest in front of the armchair, or a small side table with a tray. In bouclé, velvet, or leather, they add an extra seating option without making the room feel heavy.

Where to place a bench or stool?

In an entryway, a 90 to 100 cm bench is sufficient for sitting and placing a bag. At the bar, aim for a stool whose seat is 25 or 30 cm below the counter. For a seat with a backrest around the table, see our chairs, and for a relaxation area, our armchairs.
