Recycled teak bench with a thick seat and iron legs

Key measurements for choosing the length that fits your table:

• Length: 220 cm or 280 cm depending on the version
• Seat height: 45 cm, without backrest
• Seat depth: 30 cm
• Weight: 35 kg for L 220 cm, 43 kg for L 280 cm
• Package: 230 x 40 x 50 cm for L 220 cm, 290 x 40 x 50 cm for L 280 cm

What it is made of, from the seat to the legs:

• Seat: thick block of reclaimed teak, hand-shaped
• Legs: two black iron trapezoid-shaped bases
• Appearance: texture and shades unique to each piece, visible cracks and old dowel holes
• Usage: dry interior for 220 cm L, interior or terrace for 280 cm L

The contrast of warm wood and dark metal gives this bench a look that is both rustic and modern. It extends a large solid wood table, complements a polished concrete or terracotta tile floor, and pairs perfectly with an earthenware vase and some ornamental grasses. In an entryway, its long, low profile defines the space without closing it off.

What you need to know for installation and maintenance:

• Move it with two people, never by pulling from one end
• Check the tightness of the fasteners between the seat and the legs: once a year for the 220 cm L model, twice for the 280 cm L model
• For the 220 cm L model, keep it in a dry interior to prevent the wood from warping; the 280 cm L model can also be used on a terrace
• Dusting: soft cloth
• Occasionally: a little oil to nourish the wood and keep its golden hue
• Cracks and old peg holes are part of the piece: no need to fill them
