Black Feather Juju Hat Coastal 60 cm

Key measurements for choosing the right wall:

• Diameter: 60 cm
• Weight: 0.5 kg
• Package: 57 x 57 x 4 cm, the juju hat ships compressed

What makes its material and character:

• Material: natural feathers dyed black
• Center: white cowrie shell rosette
• Handmade: feathers inserted one by one in overlapping rows
• Shell rosette sewn on last, locking the rows in place
• Lightweight piece

The black of the feathers takes on bluish highlights under warm, low-angle light, while the white of the cowrie shells draws the eye to the center. Above a bed, sofa, or console table, the juju hat adds texture to a bare wall. It finds its place in a modern, bohemian, or seaside-inspired interior.

To install and care for it:

• Upon receipt: shake it upside down, then open the rows by hand from the center outwards
• Mounting: no hanging system provided, please arrange for wall mounting
• Dusting: use a hairdryer on a cool setting from a distance, never use a cloth
• Never get the feathers wet
• Keep away from open windows, the feathers will fly away
• Indoor use only
