Black raffia Juju hat wall decor 50 cm

Key measurements for finding the right location:

• Diameter: 50 cm
• Thickness: 5 cm
• Weight: 0.5 kg
• Package: 50 x 50 x 5 cm

What it is made of, strand by strand:

• Material: black dyed raffia
• Center: small white disc braided in a spiral
• Strands: hand-cut, uneven lengths, left loose
• Appearance: matte finish and pronounced texture

On its own, a juju hat dresses up a small area, a recess, or a stairwell wall. Repeated in sets of three or five, aligned or staggered, it creates a graphic arrangement above a bed or a sofa. Its deep black stands out against a gray plaster, a lime-washed wall, or raw concrete, and complements earthenware vases and natural fibers.

Where to hang it, and how to care for it:

• Mounting: no hanging system provided, a simple nail is sufficient
• Usage: alone on a small surface, or in a series of three or five above a bed or a sofa
• Location: indoors or under a covered terrace
• The first few weeks: avoid hanging it above light-colored fabric, as dyed raffia can release a bit of pigment in a humid room
• Dusting: by shaking it gently, never with a cloth
