Teardrop wooden pendant lampshade, black, 40 cm,

A volumetric piece that should be measured before being hung:

• Diameter: 40 cm
• Height: 75 cm
• Weight: 2.85 kg
• Package: 45 x 45 x 22 cm

What the lampshade is made of and what makes each piece unique:

• Beads: matte black stained wood
• Frame and rings: metal
• Shape: teardrop, tapered at the top and bulbous at the bottom
• Hand-assembled: slight irregularities in size and shade from one bead to another

The teardrop shape evokes antique chandeliers, while the material brings to mind something raw and warm. Against a light or plastered wall, the dark mass stands out sharply and becomes the room’s focal point; in an already dark interior, it blends in, leaving only its reflections. It pairs perfectly with raw wood, woven textiles, and terracotta in a bohemian-style living room.

What you need to know to install and maintain it:

• Supplied without cable or socket: it mounts on a standard E27 socket, which should be provided with its cord
• Indoor use only: outdoor installation, even under shelter, is not covered by the warranty
• Dusting the beads: use a soft, dry cloth
• No water or harsh cleaners on the wood
• Keep away from moisture and prolonged direct sunlight to preserve the color and texture of the beads
