Botofte natural water hyacinth and wood baskets, set of 3

Measurements of the three baskets:

• Small basket: ø 20 cm, height 9 cm
• Medium basket: ø 26 cm, height 11.5 cm
• Large basket: ø 30 cm, height 15 cm
• Weight: 2.8 kg for all three
• Package: 30 x 30 x 18 cm, 2.81 kg

What gives these baskets their character:

• Body: hand-woven water hyacinth, large herringbone braids
• Lid: solid wood with contrasting grain, resting on the rim
• Shape: round and low, three nested sizes
• Each lid has its own unique grain

Placed on the floor in a trio in a living room corner, stacked under a chair, or arranged in a display cabinet, the Botofte pieces form an organic ensemble. On a shelf, the three sizes arranged in steps create rhythm, in a wabi-sabi or contemporary natural spirit. Placed on a chair, the small one keeps balls of yarn and knitting needles for a project in progress close at hand.

What you need to know for daily use:

• Ready to use, no assembly required
• Dusting: dry brush or slightly damp cloth
• Avoid: prolonged exposure to moisture
