The Chiba derives its singularity from a minimalist suspension system: three slender square-section black lacquered steel rods, fixed to the wall at the top and hooked under the front edge of the tabletop, support the entire piece with an almost ethereal lightness. The tabletop appears to lift off the wall, creating a subtle play of shadow between the wood and the surface. The ash finish, with fine parallel grain and warm blonde hue, gives this XL tabletop a natural and soothing presence. An object that combines structural performance with maximum formal elegance.
