The beech is what separates the Verdo from an ordinary steel spot: the disk keeps its raw wood grain and color, and the metal simply carries the light. The wall light can be installed alone above a worktop, in pairs on either side of a bed, or in series along a corridor, where the repetition of the wooden disk creates its own pattern. The spotlight can be adjusted after installation: you can aim it at a painting, a headboard, or a reading nook without touching the fixture, and change your mind later without dismantling anything.
