Nomadic Lines cream buffalo bone photo frame 20x25 cm

Key measurements for choosing the photo and placement:

• Photo format: 20 x 25 cm, portrait
• External dimensions: 23.5 x 28.5 cm
• Thickness: 2.5 cm
• Weight: 0.75 kg

What it is made of, rib by rib:

• Front: cream buffalo bone, domed profile with tight transverse ribs
• Color: grooves darker than the ridges, from cream to light brown
• Corners: bone plates mitered together
• Structure: wooden frame, exposed edge
• Craftsmanship: handmade, tone and detail vary from one frame to another
• Back: hinged easel, back panel with turn buttons, two metal tabs at the top
• Supplied without glass

At this size, a frame becomes a piece in its own right, to be treated like a small tabletop painting. Its cream bone with brown recesses adds depth to a portrait and clarity to a landscape, and it sits just as well in a contemporary interior as it does among objects brought back from travels. Its weight and thickness give it the necessary stability to stand on its own in the middle of a console.

To display it, and keep it looking beautiful:

• Usage: to be placed on an easel, a console table, or a sideboard
• Stable and horizontal surface, never a narrow or sloped shelf
• Care: soft brush, perpendicular to the grain, following the contour of the molding
• A cloth only touches the ridges: dust left in the crevices eventually darkens the material
• Indoor use
