Dannih natural banana leaf barrel stool

Key measurements to find the right spot for it:

• Seat height: 45 cm
• Diameter: 49 cm
• Weight: 3.6 kg
• Packaging: sold individually, delivered assembled
• Parcel: 49 x 49 x 47 cm

What gives it its structure and lightness:

• Cover: twisted banana leaf fiber, hand-woven in an openwork mesh
• Structure: iron frame
• Seat: round, spiral-woven and encircled by a fiber trim
• Shape: barrel, round and bulbous
• Color: natural, with shades unique to each piece
• Usage: indoor only

Its barrel shape and openwork mesh give the Dannih a light, almost ethereal presence: the light filtering through the weave casts soft shadows on the floor. It warms up both bohemian and minimalist interiors, complements the raw wood of a large farmhouse table and natural fiber pendant lights, and pairs beautifully with other woven stools along a table.

What you need to know for installation and maintenance:

• Delivered assembled, ready to install
• Dust: soft, dry cloth or soft brush
• If needed: slightly damp cloth, then dry completely
• The fiber darkens slightly over time: this is its normal aging process
• A strand that sticks up can be smoothed back down by hand, without pulling on it
• Indoor use only: humidity, even under shelter, can damage it
