Description
Bertrand Jayr has taken up his sculptor's tools to capture the shifting borders between water and land in concrete: The Gray Planet depicts a relief map of the world, smooth on the continents and chiseled on the oceans. It comes with its wall-mounting hardware, ready to take its place above a sideboard or a desk.

Style and Decoration +

Raw and sculptural, The Gray Planet stands out as the statement piece for a contemporary wall. Against a dark wall, its light concrete stands out with impact; above a wooden sideboard, it creates a composed scene alongside a plant and a few books. Its mineral texture engages in a dialogue with wood, linen, and neutral tones.

Lyon Béton

Discover all Lyon Béton pieces

Lyon Béton turns concrete into a material for furniture: coffee tables, dining or bistro tables, stools, armchairs, bookcases, right down to small everyday objects. The concrete stays visible, in natural grey or black, sometimes paired with oak, with the bubbles and shades that come with a cast material.
