Five bare sockets, five cables and a ceiling rose in a single shade: the Diego boils down to a graphic line, bold and unadorned. Its network of lines can be read from afar, especially against a light-colored ceiling, and its shade sets the tone—a vivid accent in a dining area or child's bedroom, or a more subdued presence in a Scandinavian, minimalist, or industrial-style interior. It is at its best above a table or in a stairwell; in a room with a low ceiling, the three-socket version is more appropriate.

The step-by-step assembly diagram, followed by maintenance:

• Indoor use, in a dry room
