Pedestalled bowl vase in brown and beige marbled cement

Bowl dimensions and package contents:

• Diameter: 20.5 cm
• Height: 18.5 cm
• Weight: 2.65 kg
• Delivered in one piece, no assembly required
• Package: 28 x 28 x 25 cm weighing 2.969 kg

What gives the piece its appearance:

• Material: cement
• Brown and ochre veins on the light surface, distributed differently on each piece
• Vertical fluting on the basin wall and on the base
• Slightly pitted mineral surface
• Smooth basin interior, the same shade as the exterior

The shape is reminiscent of an antique basin scaled down to a tabletop size: a wide bowl, a short, stocky base, and regular fluting. The cement and its warm veining have the presence of stone without its coldness, and the piece remains beautiful even when empty. It pairs well with light woods as well as dark tables, glass candlesticks, and dried grasses.

How to fill it and what you need to know:

• Wide and shallow bowl: prefer a short and spread-out arrangement
• Dried flowers, ornamental grasses, stems cut short, or low branches
• No lining inside: for fresh flowers, place a watertight container inside the bowl
• The 2.65 kg of cement keeps it stable on a hallway table
• Placed as is, no assembly required
