Free-form smoked glass tealight bowl 16.5 cm

Bowl and packaging measurements:

• Width: 16.5 cm
• Height: 8 cm
• Weight: 556 g
• Sold without candle
• Package: 23.5 x 23.5 x 15 cm

What it is made of and what makes each bowl unique:

• Material: smoked blown glass
• Asymmetrical wavy edge, raised wave at the back
• Thicker and darker glass at the base
• Shallow central basin for the candle
• Slight variations in shade and contour from one piece to another

A low, wide piece sits in the center of a table without obscuring anything. When lit, the curve of the smoked glass reflects the flame and dances soft shadows across surrounding surfaces, an effect that fits perfectly in a clean, contemporary interior. When extinguished, it serves as a trinket bowl without needing to be moved.

How to use and keep it clean:

• Tea light or a short, wide pillar candle
• Avoid tall candles, the bowl is too shallow to hold them upright
• Valet tray when the candle is removed
• Once cold, check the entire surface: wax hardens on the low wings
• Rinse with lukewarm water and dry flat, the piece will not stand on a drying rack
