Comporta round stoneware mug in verdigris and brown, 11 cm

Key measurements, to know what it holds and where it fits:

• Diameter: 11 cm
• Height: 10 cm
• Shape: almost spherical body, ring handle
• Weight: 400 g
• Package: 14 x 14 x 13 cm

What makes its material and its two tones:

• Material: stoneware shaped by hand, using traditional techniques
• Layered glaze that thickens near the rim, from muted green to deep brown
• Speckled verdigris exterior, interior, rim, and handle in glossy brown
• Three fine grooves below the rim, with a light crystallized border
• Glaze reactions: each piece has its own unique nuances

A two-tone mug doesn't look the same full as it does empty: when full, you only see the outside; when empty, the inside takes over. Its roundness and reactive glaze make it at home in a mismatched set, next to stoneware plates, on a teak tray or a rustic table. Two mugs placed side by side never offer exactly the same image.

How to use and keep it looking brand new:

• Generous capacity for coffee, matcha, or tea
• Hold by the handle or in the palm of your hand
• Hand wash with mild soap
• Avoid thermal shock: let it heat up and cool down gradually
• No dishwasher or microwave instructions are provided for this mug
