A small round dome on a slender stem, the Margate has the look of a retro mushroom that suits today’s interiors. Its glossy finish catches the daylight, and its soft halo warms a set table or a shelf niche in the evening. It pairs well with wood, textured textiles, and warm tones, and looks great displayed in multiples along a table or across several shelves.

What you need to know for its use and maintenance:

• Charge it before first use
• Press the button on top to turn it on or off; the same button adjusts the intensity
• Decorative lamp, not a toy
• Dusting: soft, dry cloth; the shiny surface shows fingerprints
• Stains: soft cloth wrung out in lukewarm water, under 50°C, with a mild detergent
• Never use abrasive products or solvents, and only turn it back on once the water has evaporated
• Battery: replace only with a battery of the same type and specifications
• End of life: take to a collection point, never with household waste
