Description
A small metal cylinder attached to the ceiling that casts warm light right where you need it: over a workspace, a closet, or in a hallway. Its integrated LED is dimmable, allowing you to transition from bright task lighting to ambient light, and saves you from ever having to buy a bulb. Whether used alone or in a series, it remains discreet.

Style and Decoration +

A short, clean-cut cylinder that feels graphic rather than massive. Placed alone, it highlights a countertop or a console table; aligned in a series, several Tubs create a line of light on the ceiling of a living room, entryway, or walk-in closet. Its finish can be chosen to blend into a light-colored ceiling or, conversely, to punctuate it.

Installation and Maintenance +

What you need to know for installation and maintenance:

  • Installation and connection by a qualified electrician, with power cut off
  • Base screwed to the ceiling, live, earth, and neutral connection to the terminal block
  • Do not cover the spotlight with insulation
  • Dimmer: choose a phase-cut model
  • Indoor use, in a dry room (IP20)
  • Maintenance: soft cloth dampened with soapy water and wrung out well, without thinner or gasoline

Maxlight lights a room in two ways: decorative fittings (pendant, wall and ceiling lights) in gold or black metal, glass, travertine or brass, and a magnetic track system with adjustable spotlights, light bars and connected control via Zigbee or DALI. Many models have built-in LEDs; the others take a standard bulb.
